SMSPort Terms of Service

1. General

SMSPort is provided by XYZ Sp. z o.o., ul. Przykładowa 1, 00-001 Warszawa, Polska, tax ID 0 (“Provider”). These Terms govern use of the console, APIs, and related features described in the technical documentation.

A custom agreement or plan terms chosen at signup prevail over the DPA and these Terms where they conflict.

2. Account

The Customer is responsible for registration data, credential security, lawful message content, and required recipient consents.

3. Acceptable use

Lawful use (e.g. transactional notifications, OTP) is permitted. Prohibited conduct includes spam, phishing, unlawful content, technical abuse, and sharing access with unauthorised parties.

4. Service

Queue acceptance does not guarantee delivery. Delivery depends on carriers, Customer devices, and networks. The Provider may apply technical rate limits.

5. Fees

Plan, credit, and usage terms are published on Pricing and in the console. Billing details may change with notice where required by law.

6. Suspension and termination

The Provider may suspend access for Terms violations, non-payment, or security risk. The Customer may stop using the service via the console or smsport.support@gmail.com.
